My college BFF Ashley came to visit (okay, she came to move into her apartment before going to study in SPAIN~ but we’re hanging out both days that she’s staying in the Bay) and you know what that means… GHETTO CRAFTS TIME!! 

After getting lost around Alameda and Berkeley a couple times (including going on the wrong freeways LOL) we found our way into multiple thrift stores, got SUPER DUPER LUCKY and got some almost-brand-new books and cheap old clutches to make into our BOOK CLUTCH!

Came back to my house and spent a couple of hours cutting, gluing, and figuring things out. My sisters think we’re crazy (especially since we make “stupid stuff”) but nobody can deny the amount of fun we have when our laughter fills the house :)

It’s so ghetto, but I swear its pretty dang cute. :) I really really want to make more!
